Freshly back from the strategic planning session in my Moldovan home town of Cricova. Strategic planning is always interesting but even more so in another language where you understand every other word- but it was great to see so many different problems being identified- especially versus my small farming village that I now live in. The problems are so different. Cricova is blessed with economic sunshine in the giant Cricova winery along with being a suburb of Chisinau thus allowing wealthy and well off Chisinau workers to live in Cricova and allow other Cricovans to get good paying jobs in Chisinau as well as giving hope to its youth of a viable future. My town is 180 degrees different so when Cazangic does our strategic plan, it’ll be even more interesting!!
